I'm fine with that. I also wouldn't be shocked if we sign or trade for a 3B.

I agree, but if we do then there would be no need to spend money on another backup SS/utility guy, as Camargo would fill that role.

It will probably be a either/or. If we can get a Donaldson/Moustakas at a price we like, we might go after them. If not, get a utility guy and Camargo can start/platoon.
Eduardo Nunez, JJ Hardy, Stephen Drew, and Yunel Escobar could be some names we look at.

Yeah, it's fine. He will be a bench guy because he can play multiple positions. He just isn't very good.

Im imagining the overreactions on Twitter
-Signing means Dansby to the bench
-New FO has no faith in Dansby
-WTF is AA thinking? Signing a .160 hitter
-Signing proves the Braves have no clue what they are doing
-Rebuild is going to last another 5 years

I like to read the replies to DOB on Twitter sometime and they give me no hope for the future of the human race.
Honestly, I dont think Colon even makes the team. Probably a depth/AAA signing since I doubt anyone is knocking down his door to sign him to a major league deal.
With only 4 bench spots/3 w/o Suzuki, we cant keep someone that cant hit at all.

Could be a lot worse. I guess because of Lake Lanier? I don't really get the connection but whatever, better than the other possibilities.

One of the choices was Big Mouths,. A play on the largemouth bass. According to the team statement, they changed it to stripers since those are more connected to Lake Lanier.
I am curious though what the rest of the fan vote was. Was it the Big Mouths? If not, and they were going to go in their own direction, why have the fan vote at all.

I just googled Lake Lanier Stripers and one of the top results was for strippers in the area. Glad I didnt do that at work.

Braves are very interested in Clint Frazier from the Yankees since Frazier is the odd man out.
A starter and two lower prospects are rumored to be the asking price.
Frazier/Inciarte/Acuna could be a very exciting young outfield.
