Is Cherokee good or does Mays suck?

Sounds like both. Steeler said Mays wasn’t well coached.

Did anyone watch and see how Delp played?

So I grew up in GA but haven't lived there in 20 years. Anyways, how are these divisions and such broken out now?
I went to Lovejoy and we generally played schools in our district back in the day. However, now I see they play a weird arse schedule and have a confusion region:

Why would they be playing North Atlanta and Tucker and other teams not even close?

It’s based on the size of the school. So if they are in 6a and every other school in Clayton is 5a they would have to schedule a non region game but sometimes the regions are so big they take up the whole schedule.

Ah gotcha. Thanks for explanation. My lil arse school playing some big boys. But then again, I think my old school is much different than it was when I was there.

Uh, yeah. It’s way different now. Clayton County is weird in that all the studs seem to transfer to one school and that school rotates every few years.

Tucker losing 32-7 is a surprise

I know Lovejoy was the shite a few years ago but think they suck now. Guess that goes to your point.

Then again Lovejoy apparently beat Mundy’s Mill 41-0 last night. That used to be our old rival but then again, they used to be called the razorbacks and now they’re the tigers? I’m sure razorbacks was offensive to someone or something.

Corky Kell Classic games popular on TV, digital platforms
The 30th year of the Corky Kell Classic turned in strong TV numbers last week on Peachtree TV, delivering almost 250,000 impressions across the coverage area, according to data provided by sister station CBS46. In fact, Peachtree TV’s coverage of Corky Kell beat or tied ESPN programming head-to-head, which included NFL preseason football and Major League Baseball. These were record-setting audiences for Peachtree TV in most key demographics in a market where the original Superstation reaches 2.65 million homes in more than 60 metro Atlanta counties. In the key male 24-to-54 age demographic, ratings were up 80% over the last two seasons of the Corky Kell on Peachtree TV.
While digital numbers were still being put together, the games were also popular on platforms such as the CBS46 App and the NFHS Network. Score Atlanta, which produced the 11 games on television in five locations, including Mercedes-Benz Stadium, is currently preparing the replays of each Corky Kell game, which will be available at ScoreATL.com later this week.
This Friday and Saturday, Score Atlanta and Peachtree TV will televise the three games of the Great Atlanta Bash at Midtown (formerly Grady) High School

I ended up purchasing this to catch the NGHS/Hoover game. What a fricking waste of money.
