Phil and Matt aren't jerks that talk down on callers like many that I have listed except Tye Richardson and Randy Rainwater. One lacks experience, has no clue what he is talking about and the other was humiliated by a jackmeoff prank call.
Matt jones by himself just being a former player that brings knowledge and insight about the game itself is superior to anything Rick or Randy will bring to radio.

Do you think Rick and Randy paint themselves experts on Arkansas sports? They offer an avenue for interviews with knowledgeable players and coaches and allow fans to phone in and say what they think. To me it’s entertaining, I’m not seeking any ground breaking information from them.
And I’ve watched dj and he does a good job of breaking down film.
No need in being offended that someone doesn’t agree with you. I don’t dislike any of those you listed.

Dude, calm down. It’s just sports talk radio and doesn’t affect any of our lives other than giving us something to listen to. Thankfully you don’t call the shots and screw the rest of us over.

A lot of people are hard on Otis but I cut him a lot of slack due to him going through some hard times and he is respectful to people.

You’re mistaken, I’m not mad, why would I be?
You’re the one starting a thread about the worst, not a thread about the best. Sounds like you’re the one who’s angry.
I just stated I like drive time sports and the hosts and I’m going to say that I view them as a way to listen to them and others talk about Arkansas sports. I never said they were great at it.
Though Rick has great insight of when he was SID under Broyles and his memories of games is very good. Plus he still does stats for games and is pretty knowledgeable about MLB as well. He’s a positive/optimistic person but I don’t hold that against him.
I just can’t find any reason to hate these guys, too bad if that offends you.

I don't need to be angry to start a thread about the obvious when comes to radio in this state. I will start a thread about the good ones and it won't be the ones that I listed.
I don't hate them, I just don't like them and the attitudes that they have. But it doesn't matter because soon these dinosaurs will be out the door and new blood will fill those vacancies. That is if the younger generations will listen to radio in the future.

Drive time is broadcast out of Monticello down here and when it’s gone that’s going to be a sad day for a lot folks in this area.
