With a new athletic administration many changes will come.

Here is a list of things I would like to see addressed, supported, etc., with our AD/coaching shakeup. Please let me know what you think about the list. Let know if I left off anything you would like to see addressed. I would like to know your opinions.
*Uniforms
- Continue with Nike, but bring back simple old school uniforms with the two stripes on the pants. Simplicity is better.
- Make our helmets shiny again and replace the front hog logo with the word "HOGS" like it used to be.
- Still support a once a year fun uniform for the players and recruiting purposes. I also don't care if we do the helmet stickers or not. Do the players like the stickers?
*Branding
- Get rid of the new hog face logo - no explanation necessary. Use the old hogs more, e.g. hog through the A, leaning hog, slob hog, popcorn hog, etc.
- Continue using the font style Nike created for us.
*Conference structure
- Lobby for Mizzou and Auburn to switch divisions.
*Scheduling and stadium contracts
- Lobby for 9 conference game schedules for football.
- Renegotiate contract with A&M and Jerry world to every other year or third year. Or, go to full time home and home series with A&M, if so, play a Big12 team annually or every other year. Doesn't just have to be Bg12 though.
- Lobby for annual black Friday game with LSU - A&M and Mizzou should be playing traditional rivals anyways. With that being said get rid of the Battle Line Rivalry trophy with Mizzou.
- Renegotiate contract with War Memorial to every other year, but only if WMS agrees to major renovations and expansion - if not cut all ties.
- Continue scheduling aggressive out of conference series in all sports e.g. TCU, Notre Dame, etc., the more Texas and Oklahoma teams the better.
*Additional
- Purchase new airplanes for our coaches and teams to use.
- Replace Pepsi with Coca-Cola because we aren't Yankees.
- Look for ways to improve tailgating situation, layout and atmosphere in Fayetteville, because it is subpar.
- Lobby for 8 team playoffs for football.
- Bring back the slobbering hog and officially name the court "Nolan Richardson's Razorback Court".

Don't be mean! I think the four team playoff structure is going to cause some problems in the furture.

I grew up in South Ark and I want ALL home games on campus in our new stadium with it packed and loud.

I would do a 4 year contract at wms for the ole miss, miss state and 2 non conference games if they pump some into it.

oh my f****** god....the athletic department didnt pick pepsi. the university did and as a part of the university they have to serve it.

Geez guy, have you had a rough morning Mr. Grumpy pants? Get off your high horse there buddy. These are opinions just to get a conversation started. No need to call other people names. Act like an adult will you? With that said, thanks for giving me an update about the planes. I also didn't know that about Pepsi, so thanks for that insight. Hopefully the University will change this.

Thank you! I thought it was a good topic for some good discussions. This board has been kinda lame for quite awhile, which is why I never really post much anymore. I miss the days when we were sailing with BP at the helm. This board was great then and we ruled the rant.

At some point in time, I hope our fans eventually realize that we did try to keep this game but the other two schools involved wanted the game between themselves on that day. We lost 2-1 and it isn’t coming back.

First order of business is to make sure we don't default on 200 million worth of loans for that stadium expansion.
Oh, and pay another 30 million for the inevitable failure that is Gus Malzahn, apparently.

What the hell even happens if we default on the stadium expansion? Do the bondholders take the north part of our stadium as collateral?

Well, for starters it would become very difficult to borrow money in the future.
ETA: I mean, Arkansas will find a way to pay for the damn thing. But nobody, and I mean NOBODY, is gonna just throw 200 mill on the table to bail out the athletic department. We have some wealthy donors for sure, but people don't get wealthy by throwing that kind of money around unless they stand to gain substantially from it.
