It will be interesting to see how much the landscape changes when Saban finally decides he is done coaching. Ed Orgeron nor Gus Malzahn could ever be what Nick Saban is. Not Jimbo either.
I can't wait to see who they find to replace a guy who is easy to not dislike.

I'd be fine with firing Mike if we would commit to being a basketball school and stop pretending to be a football school. If you don't think Chad will win an SEC championship here, that's at least 30 years without a conference championship. The fans never get to experience championships or any success in football, but hey at least we get all that SEC money!!!$$$

I don't live there, but there are several reasons I would go. Beautiful campus, great stadium, heavy consumption, and Arkansas will make some corrections this week and win. Whaley will have another big game.

No, I used to think we could contend with the right mix of talent and experience, but then the last seven years happened. I would settle for going into a season with some expectations again, or being ranked in November, or not losing to frickstick teams every damn year.

We've been in the sec since the early 90s, and before the past 7 years where we made tl2 of the worst coaching hires in the entirety of razorback athletics, had multiple double digit win seasons countless all sec performers 3 trips to Atlanta (and a reggie fish frick up away from winning one) a sugar bowl birth, multiple cotton bowl victories, and were a constant middle to upper pack team in the league. Everyone saying we should leave the sec is either trolling, 12 years old, or has the mental capacity of a chimp.
