Football 2-6
WBB 1-15 in SEC
Baseball collapsing

Lets give him a raise because gymnastics was ranked.

Never seen a more mediocrity accepting AD in my life.

Raise those ticket prices more!!

I dislike Yurachek as much as the next guy but you can't blast him for the baseball program when they're losing then say he has nothing to do with it when it's successful.

At the end of the day he has very, very little to do with the baseball program. They've got a billion renovations/expansions and largely had the same staff now for years. This is solely on the staff and no one else.

We are at the end of the DVH era finally, if not this year then another lackluster season next year and he's done. Bring Wes Johnson home, easiest hire to make ever.

Vitello needs to be our first call.

Who says?

Yuracuck will let him hang around for another two years, maybe longer if need be.

Why? I thought no one liked him he's a huge douche? No way he gets fired after just 1 season in a rebuild in SF anyways IF DVH really hung it up after this season.

Wes has more than proven himself and is as Arkansas as it gets. We're his dream job to come home and retire just like DVH.

Right now , at this very minute... is this a good thing?

I love DVH, haved for a while (no homo) but this team is absolutely terrible in so many facets that it is sickening.

Gotta keep him until you have something better locked down. I'm no expert, but could play out perfect for Vitello. Let him scratch his MLB itch, if it don't work, there aren't many better jobs than Arkansas to be a baseball coach. DVH deserves at least 2 more years anyway. Sometimes shite just don't work. Players don't always get better year to year and pitchers can have arm issues, not to mention the mental game for offense and defense. Baseball is one of the hardest sports to scout and project talent. Too many variables.

Is his NIL really that bad? And why? If it is, they aren't approaching it properly. I feel like a baseball NIL could be well funded by many smaller donors. The U of A needs to do better about going around the state to show support. Hell, a few thousand bucks will get me some face time with a governor, senator or a President. Few hundred for a house rep. But they think I'm just gonna mail them a $100k with no benefits? HY is a dumbass and has shitf#$ked the NIL in Arkansas. Lazy and ignorant to be beholdeded to a few mega rich donors when you're in a state where the Hogs are the big show.

So was Titboss, and we finally sent him down the road with a hefty retirement check.

I don't think Wes Johnson is comparable to Titboss.

He's a top 10 or top 5 coach in the sport right now.

I'm not a huge HY apologist but he helped bring back the Razorback basketball program. That gets him a lot of grace with me.

I like Wes. I think he's done a fine job at Georgia. I think he would do a great job at Arkansas, but this is a bit generous.
