This is going to be a "school of innovation", with future capacity of up to 2000 students. It will be on the SE side.
It may become a full-fledged "ball-playin" high at some point, but it sounds like it is going to start out with 500 students or so.
The two other Springdale high schools are #1 and #2 in the state in enrollment right now.

You know, just 13 years ago when I graduated, there was only 1 high school in each of the NWA towns. West Campus didn't count. Where do all these people come from? I don't feel the population has exploded that much. But maybe it has.

Well, it's not from Arkansas.

When talking about Springdale, it's not even from America.

Rogers has already purchased land for a 3rd high school south of Pleasant Grove Rd. between I49 and Bellview Rd.

NWA has been starting to boom again for a little while now. I might possibly head up that way when I finish school this summer.

You'll be a stranger in a strange land.

Still one of the fast growing areas in the country. The Ozarkopolis was a joke a decade ago. Now it seems like prophecy.

People migrate toward opportunity and prosperity.

Yeah, the boom is back on. Subdivisions that were left empty by the last boom cycle are in full construction mode again. Traffic is getting worse every day, though. The good boom economy here has at least another 5-6 years in it if not longer.

Why, because there are actually a lot of out of state transplants here? LOL, the majority of people in NWA still have Arkansas roots, and the ones who don't, a big percentage are from Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas. Quit acting like its Atlanta or something.
