So is the GOBN going to be reconstructed?

I guess we won't have any real idea until the AD hire is made, but the sentiments are making it sound like we're going back to the old way things were done - the WMS talks, talks of Malzahn being in the running, etc. It's still very early, but I'm getting that vibe. If so, does this also make Charlie Strong a plausible sleeper choice for the next HC, being from Arkansas?
