So I'm in conway today and I'm listening to 103.7 coming home from the gym

i'm in town for the holidays and i'm staying at an extended stay in Conway. so i'm going to the gym int he morning, come home and i turn on the radio here is the conversation
"Yeah I don't understand everyone who wants to make things about race. people act like black girls are the only ones that can have big asses, white girls have big asses too, etc. we need to get past race it's sad that everyone always wants to talk about racism"
(the next fricking sentence)
so did you hear about what happened last night witht he new movie premiere for the movie with Jamie Fox the rapper in it..

To be fair, he does have a music career and has been featured in a lot of rap songs. I have no clue if he actually raps in any of them, or if he sings.

He sings R&B not rap. Big difference but if you don't listen to R&B then I could see the mistake.
103.7 in the morning is terrible. Half the time they talk about movies, and they can't even name the movie or the actors in it. The questions are always like "Who was that guy in that movie when they were on that mountain. You know the one I'm talking about?"

I'm over here at the extended stay off Oak street.
I'm doing Christmas with the GF's family this year and to not piss my parents off i agreed to come down ehre for a week before Christmas. But refuse to actually stay in little rock so I'm here.

I don't know what this is about, but I know Foxx made a joke about "getting to kill all the white people" in his new movie. On SNL or something.
I frankly find him to be a jerk and I don't understand why people like to watch his movies/listen to his music.
I remember the big hub-bub about him insulting Mylie Cyrus a few years ago, and listening to that radio interview, he just came off as a really immature, abrasive person.
I don't listen to Kanye, either. I find that if I think a person is a shithead, I don't enjoy their music. Kind of like how I feel about sports figures, too. I have to at least think they are decent people before I can root for them.

Yep, my wife is from Hot Springs and her dad and mom both used to work at the track. Now she lives with me on a little farm in NWA.
