If a kid wants to go somewhere else, it's whatever. Schemes could have changed, shite happens. However, by the time you're at the college level, you've got to have a better head on your shoulders than to just be taking on random arse people on Twitter. This year has shown us just how many of those guys we have on this team. This group shares a lack of focus and a lack of discipline. The sooner every player that has even breathed Bert's air is completely out of the program the better.

Just making sure. It is both and the coaches prior. It's not like we declined over 1 season.

They are right now... just like you acting like we're some bigger program that Texas Tech in basketball.

Guess what, we aren't. Our basketball program is trash in comparison to what we were. Go back to the last 20 years. We are behind a shite load of programs. After 20 years, some programs are no longer "lesser".

Negative on both counts. Go look at revenue and budget. Mizzou is operating in the red and this is not this.

Success =/= size

Arkansas as an athletic department in both cases is a larger program.

Has absolutely zero implication on whether or not they are a bigger program. The on-field results suck, but in no way is the football program at Mizzou bigger than the one at Arkansas.

Oh I completely agree we should be shoving Mizzou's face in the dirt every year. The lack of success against them an A&M has been upsetting.

How does every thread get off topic about basketball and Mike? Almost as bad as threads turning into GSD arguments.

There's nothing wrong with War Memorial. Change my mind.

If only Chad had told Bryant that we have a larger program than Mizzou. It doesn't matter that they're better. We make more money!

Bryant made the better decision for his own situation. He's only got a year. Better to spend it on a team returning some talent than a team in the tear-down process of a rebuild. That's just common sense. Great for him and wish him a good final season. As far as Arkansas is concerned, I'll take the guys that committed to improving this program.

shite stirring while adding nothing of substance again, btw.

Unless that money is getting into the hands of recruits, it doesn't matter. They've been better than us on the field.

This is fair and true.

This is false. Money builds programs. Facilities, stadiums, equipment, coaching salaries, specialists, food, etc. all of this comes into play. Give coaches of equal competence both programs, and the one at Arkansas will succeed over the one at Missouri. There's a reason we've got the 11th ranked class and Missouri is 36th with only 1 4 star. All of this will even out.

It's also the same reason why A&M is a ticking time bomb ever since that oil money rolled in.

$175 mil + (stadium and coach) that could have went to other things. And what place did they finish in the West?

Don't forget the 70 mil they just threw at a national championship winning coach. He's in year 1 just like Morris is and he's sitting on the #2 class right now. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see A&M take off and be a pain in the arse after Saban is gone.
