I think this will be just as important as his on the field results.
We are in a tough spot.

College athletics is seeing dwindling attendance. Fans - regardless of their location - are opting to stay home. I'm blessed to have the ability to go to games and I love it but I"m not going to pretend like it's easy or always fun.

Couple that with a horrible season and you will get worse attendance.

This years attendance was bad but the ticket buys were still ok (not great). Next season is going to be bad. Real bad.

I don't think we will need to worry about the scanned vs. distributed gap anymore b/c the ones who make the effort to buy will probably go to the games - and that number will be small.

This is part of the reason why rational fans are jumping the gun on Morris. Bielema found some fat boy magic to keep most of the fans on board until the end of 2017. We had some damn good crowds (2016 vs. Ole Miss) under Bielema. For one reason or another Morris didn't generate that excitement this season. He needs to win and win quick.

Chadillac doesn't have Gus clout, but he's a bad QB pick away from being fired.

One could argue the QB won't matter behind this O-line he's cobbling together.

If this guy makes a bowl game next year he will have done a tremendous job considering all of the roster manipulating he's gonna have to do this off season to get a team capable of winning 6 in this conference.

We are God awful terrible right now. And I don't see it being much better next season.

I expect a lot of pressure in year 3.

This is just where we disagree I guess. I don't see how that is going to change anything. We both agree he gets 3 years, right?

I would as well because I don't see a bowl game unless we just run into some really down teams in the SEC next year.

I would probably set the over/under on wins at 4

No doubt.

3 years is in the unwritten rule of coaching hires.

We still are paying Bert's buyout anyways. We don't need anymore debt.

Portland State
Colorado State
San Jose State
Western Kentucky]

I love that we are playing every "State" program outside of jonesboro...

Seriously though - we need to play UAPB since we are playing instate programs.

Pay whatever it takes for them to bring their band as well. I'd love nothing more than have a packed stadium with the Razorbacks and another instate school. Make it a huge occasion. Have every media member there. Bring back football players from the past for both programs. Fight to get us in a prime time slot.

Just to piss off the red pups.

A bad QB will break him.

All this RPO BS is predicated on a QB like Taij Boyd.

All Chadillac has to crow about.

Gus had Scam Newton, who does Chad Have?

Dale, Bear Bryant was in a different time when you could practice two a days in heat, practice much more often, etc. Installing a system with much more time and not having recruiting maximums would have been easier.. fwiw but you know this already!

Derek Munson is "processing"?

Derek Munson plays his arse off.

perhaps he didn't fit into the new culture chad is implementing.

lots of 4 and 5 star players are turning down chad's culture for other schools. but a lot of 4 star and current players are buying into his new culture. it's part of the process.

Not huge news here, but Munson's departure has been expected by the staff all season. Just wasn't going to work out. Wish him the best.

Do we have a list somewhere of all the players that have been processed/transferred this season so far? Or can someone start one?

I know/remember of:

Jonathon Nance
Nate Dalton
Dylan Hays
Jarrod Barnes
Derrick Munson
Chevin Calloway
Jalen Merrick
Kyrie Fischer
Austin Cantrell

TJ Hammonds? Cole Kelley? Daulton Hyatt? Caleb Johnson? Kendrick Jackson?

The list of transfers will start growing fast. I suspect some good players will be on the list.

Pretty sure it’s from 247, hence the “VIP” in the right corner

To be replaced with good recruiting classes.

Chad is the Coach. If he wants a player gone or if player wants to leave due to him then fine. The man gets his time. This is a total attitude adjustment.
