Some of the early reactions reported was just how different it was than Chad's opener. That's a good thing
He also told them not to just enter the tranfer portal without talking to him first. Guess he's going to have to recruit some to stay. His OC hire specifically is going to be big.
If he gets in some Bert style guy, I bet many of the receivers leave.

Yes but the kids don't realize that. All they think is "guy runs spread ill get lots of balls" and look down upon old school pro style offenses. They have been convinced that it's equivalent to running the triple option.

BTW, apparently 247 rumor is Jay Johnson, Colorado OC who runs a power RPO type offense, has messaged Pittman and the deal is hoped to be in place by Tuesday. Apparently they worked together at Georgia.

Maybe because highly ranked skill players don't want to play boomer ball? They want to be in an offense that will actually show case their talent. If we run an I formation offense, you can kiss Burks, Knox and any future 4 star and up receivers good bye.

His offense was horrid at Colorado. Ranked in the upper 80's ir 90's I believe. Pittman needs to throw the bank at Kendal Briles.
