So, I'm going to be driving back up from Louisiana on Thursday morning. I have a stop in Crossett before I come back to central Arkansas. Are you suggesting I may have to turn my wipers on?

We hit a wall of blinding rain about Altus and apparently some woman in front of us got scared and shut it down in the slow lane. Almost got her ran over by an 18 wheeler
