Refs killed the fun by calling a foul every possession. It's an exhibition, let them play. There was no flow to the game because there was a whistle every 30 seconds.

Isaiah Joe's numbers are unreal. Hitting 60% is hard to do in the gym by yourself.
Interesting that in this latest game he only attempted 3 point shots. Settling into a role already.

They shot 50% from the floor, had 16 TOs
They really didn't play that great. Only outscored Eastern Illinois by 2 in the 2nd half.

Eastern Illinois is supposed to be terrible. #302 in KenPom, and something like the 7th best team with "Illinois" in its name. The spread is Texas -23.5.

Yep, it wasn't a good performance from Texas. Hopefully that carries over to the Friday game. They turned the ball over a lot last night so hopefully that is something we can exploit.
