Yea…they changed this year as well so that the championship series is on the weekend.
Just booked flight, rental car, hotel, and went ahead and got tickets to both Saturday games since no times released yet.

Yeah, last year game 3 was at 1pm. Assume it's the same this year.

My son’s travel ball team is playing in the little league tourney in Omaha this weekend so we’ll be there. The minute I booked our tickets back in late April I was like “no way the Hogs make it now that I’m going.”

Yep yep I got that all screwed up. My apologies. I thought day 1 was Saturday, not Friday. So thought we were Sunday, not Saturday.

Yep games 1 and 2 are Fri, 3 and 4 Sat.
1pm and 6pm but don't know if they choose best matchup for night game or if always the same set time for each game.

Honestly, I didn't think we'd make it out of our regional.
May had not been a good month for us, including a loss to Missouri State and ending the season with series losses to Vandy and Alabama, the latter of which we got absolutely beat down in the rubber match. Then we went to Hoover and looked like we didn't want to be there, which in hindsight looks like it was by design so that we could get some extra rest. In that span of time, we'd gone from a top 8 national seed to having to travel for our regional.
Our starting pitching had regressed, the bats had gone quiet, and we were hearing about mean fans on social media from both players and DVH. It just felt like this team was leaderless and had a bunch of guys playing out the string to get to the draft.
DVH's turnaround job since we got home from Hoover is one of the best coaching jobs of his career.
