Pitching has been an embarrassment in these regionals and Arkansas is no different.

there have been some low scoring game, and decent pitchers...in other regionals

Um, tygart did nothing but give up runs too...

How many runs does OSU score tomorrow? 18? Will we top that?
Do we have anyone available that'll throw strikes?
Somehow I feel like OSU is set up to win better than we are.

This is what needs to be addressed.
I'm not exactly sure what needs to be addressed, but I wish DVH would fricking decide what it is that needs attention and I hope he remedies it.
We are always going to be that program that can be in the top 5-10, but will always find a way to frick things up.

They’ve played 15 hours of baseball in the last 29. They’ve burned through a lot of pitching today. They are in no better of a situation than we are.

I bet ramage starts... Let's hope he's unusually good and can get us at least 4

They got all the momentum.

Without knowing their pitching staff, I bet they run out an arm that at least keeps us in check
Posted on 6/5/22 at 11:21 pm to cubsfan5150
Even if they don't, our offense is much more likely to keep itself in check for them.

They just need a lefty. I'm also tired of that shite. How long have we been saying that? Roll out a left handed pitcher and we are like Stevie Wonder picking out the red popsicle in a sea of colors.

Yes but you still put in a pitcher that is fresher than the other who is still worn out.

I mean yeah but that wears off at some point. Exhaustion sets in when you come off that high. We’ve scored 37 runs in 3 games so we’re swinging pretty damn well too. This isn’t like the Oregon state series where it felt like we were hanging on until the dam broke open.
Our pitching is obviously struggling. No doubt about it. But we were also a couple of fluky plays (Gregory losing his footing and the ball bouncing into no man’s lane after hitting tygarts foot) from planning our trip for next weekend.

Eh we hit the lefty they threw today pretty hard. We just couldn't hold the lead today.

Regardless I don't see the bats competing with them tomorrow.

Nice to see that Caleb Bolden sucks for TCU
