I know this one is still early, but it’s pretty concerning that this team is 6 games into the season with this talent level on offense and hasn’t had one game yet where they’ve put it together and jumped all over someone. We’ve yet to score more than 5.
We’ve scored 2, 5, 4, 5, and 0, for an average of 3.2 runs a game thus far.

This time last year the Hogs went down to Arlington and blew through the #3, #9, and #10 teams in the country. This year we’re struggling against Illinois State and Louisiana.
Hate to say it but either the stink of the Supers is still mentally with us, or perhaps we’re just not that good this year.

It’s obviously super early but pretty big shame this team isn’t coming out early with a huge chip after last years let down and total inability to hit mediocre pitching against NC State.
