I thought they played loose today. Seemed to be enjoying playing baseball. Haven’t seen that from them in a while. Hopefully a sign of things to come.

Grand Canyon is probably the strongest 4 seed in the tournament. They had wins against Stanford, Tech and Oregon State.

Guttin was fired if they didn't get the miracle run to win MVCT after DBU got upset.
They have been awful for several years now. 5 games under in MVC this year one of the worst conferences.
No shot they win.

I don't believe so. I went back and looked at their tech and Texas series from near the end of the season and their Friday guy from those two series is not pitching today.

I like this team a lot better as the underdog. Without a strong leadership presence it seems like we need a little something extra to put a bigger chip on our shoulder.

Agreed. Also, I hate playing MSU. I wanted OSU. No mental edge like I swear MSU has on us, even if they are the better team.
