Great comeback.
Should probably temper some of the pitching expectations. Team is still going to be great but giving myself advice in that there are going to be some growing pains with this group.
The Texas weekend is probably not the norm. Realize I'm not the first to say it but just trying to be cool and calm for once.

They learned not to pitch Bolden on 4 days rest no matter how bad he wants the ball to start the home opener.

He was ahead in the count several times that first inning, he just couldn't shut the door. Like you said, maybe he just needed that extra day of rest.
I'm more concerned about our hitting right now. It's early, but we're currently sitting at an average of .237, which is good for 107th in the country. There's been an awful lot of strikeouts and weak grounders in between home runs.

Early days. I'd rather start this way and work into it then come out of the gates hot only to blow our load when conference play rolls around.
