Probably common opponents first. So records against Georgia, South Carolina, LSU, Tennessee, State, Florida, Bama, and Ole Miss.

Vitello doesn't sac there and I think most modern managers don't.
Pretty sure Tennessee bunted in a similar situation on Saturday against Vandy. Bottom 8, down 1 run, runners on first and second. I seem to recall batter squared to bunt twice, but didn't execute. He ended up hitting 0-2 sac fly to advance runners.

In your opinion where would you rank our staff nationally? I’d guess sooner were in the 20-30th rang? Or are we better than that

Expect Vermillion and Noland to travel this weekend. Great time to get a boost from those two pitchers.

Pitching staff?
We have a good staff, we’ve just played quite a few legit offenses this year. Pallette and Wicklander have been impressive lately.
Vermillion and Noland make us very solid IMO.

I still don't get the hype on Noland. He got rocked last year and early on this year before his injury. If he can find his confidence and expand on his freshman form, then great. If not, he looks like the next Ramage.

I don’t think anyone is expecting him to be an ace. I see him as a middle reliever that can eat 2-3 innings. In Omaha guys like him can make all the difference.

Who is hyping the kid?
We need hole pluggers right now. Relying only on Kopps, Monke, and a mix of Vermillion and Morris isn’t enough reliable pitching.
Nolands role isn’t going to be a starter at this point in the season.

Wicklander wasn't very good early this year either but he's settled in. I've seen enough from some of the other guys where I think he deserves another shot at it.

I know we need hole pluggers, which is why I don't understand why DVH give any of the younger guys a chance.

I warned you once, take a break. And he's not a Vandy fan.

I am perplexed as to what is happening here... But Carry on I guess. Is there a post or 10 that was removed?

Comes as no surprise, but Arkansas holds at #1 again this week in all polls released so far.
