I usually don't put a lot of stock in that, especially in the early season, but after a while there is something to it.

The big tell on this team, to me, is that they haven't shown a single sign of having any early season yips despite this being Musselman's first year. I mean, look at Kentucky. They've already lost to one of these lowly OOC opponents.
Arkansas hasn't even struggled yet. Not even momentarily.
I think this team is going to shock everyone. They're going to win a lot of games.

I was glad to see Desi finally hit one the other night. I think if he can get settled in a little he can be a good shooter. I hope that as these guys get more comfortable in the new system the game will slow down a little bit for them and these shots will start falling from multiple guys.

I love how he missed an open 3 and instead of pouting hustled his arse down the court and got a steal trailing the play. This team does NOT get out hustled no matter what else. I can work with that, regardless of what the W-L ends up looking like.

Their defensive gameplan really was effective on Devoe and James. They were fronting the post and over playing on help side D which made feeding the post very tough, but that was clearly our focus. I love this whole having a game plan thing. I also think having a 4 days to recuperate from a crazy schedule will do them some good.
