You will see soon enough but don't let what’s already has been done get in your way of actually knowing the facts. Case in point, Oklahoma.
Oklahoma is the only state that Obama did not win even one county in the last election... While everyone is focusing on Arizona ’s new law, look what Oklahoma has been doing!!!!
An update from Oklahoma :
Oklahoma law passed, 37 to 9 an amendment to place the Ten Commandments on the front entrance to the state capitol. The feds in D.C., along with the ACLU, said it would be a mistake. Hey this is a conservative state, based on Christian values...! HB 1330
Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Oklahoma recently passed a law in the state to incarcerate all illegal immigrants, and ship them back to where they came from unless they want to get a green card and become an American citizen. They all scattered. HB 1804. This was against the advice of the Federal Government, and the ACLU, they said it would be a mistake
Guess what.......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Recently we passed a law to include DNA samples from any and all illegal's to the Oklahoma database, for criminal investigative purposes. Pelosi said it was unconstitutional SB 1102
Guess what......... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Several weeks ago, we passed a law, declaring Oklahoma as a Sovereign state, not under the Federal Government directives. Joining Texas , Montana and Utah as the only states to do so.
More states are likely to follow: Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, Carolina's, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, Arkansas, West Virginia, Mississippi and Florida. HJR 1003
The federal Government has made bold steps to take away our guns. Oklahoma, a week ago, passed a law confirming people in this state have the right to bear arms and transport them in their vehicles. I'm sure that was a setback for the criminals The Liberals didn't like it -- But guess what........... Oklahoma did it anyway.
Just this month, the state has voted and passed a law that ALL drivers’ license exams will be printed in English, and only English, and no other language. They have been called racist for doing this, but the fact is that ALL of the road signs are in English only. If you want to drive in Oklahoma , you must read and write English. Really simple.
By the way, the Liberals don't like any of this either
Guess what...who cares... Oklahoma is doing it anyway.

Where do you see that in the constitution?
Many states have their own gun laws that are a far cry from federal law. Just take a look at gun laws in CT, MA, and a few other northeast states. They have put more strict policy on gun laws, which goes against actual federal laws.
A state may lose funding of some sort when it acts in such a manner, such as Colorado will lose some type of funding since it has now legalized marijuana.

Hell, there isn't going to be any “federal money” available in a few years anyway so what difference does it make?

This is also true.
Nothing like raising taxes and not making spending cuts, while also raising my health insurance this year. Genius

Class 3 firearms include machine guns, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, suppressors, destructive devices and Any Other Weapons (AOWs).
To legally possess a class 3 weapon you must complete a transfer of registration within the NFA registry.
There are two ways for you to legally buy a class 3 gun. The first is by transfer after approval by ATF of a registered weapon from its lawful owner residing in the same State as the transferee.
The second is by obtaining prior approval from ATF to make NFA firearms.
It is an expensive process, but yes, you can own a fully automatic weapon.

FIFY
Suppressors and Silencers are 2 different things. Suppressors are alot easier to get.

And I plan on getting one as soon as I get the $800 - $1,000 for one plus the $200 for the tax. It will be an AAC to fit on the AAC Fast-Attach BLACKOUT® 51T Flash Hider I have on my LWRC M6A2SPR. I’m getting ready to go on a Caribbean Cruise so my discretionary income has somewhat been hampered lately but I should be able to get it in 2-3 months.

Quit bringing facts to an argument to try and educate the ignorant. They’re docile sheep who want nothing more than to be “taken care of” by the Federal Government and are quite satisfied keeping their head up their asses to remain ignorant.

My fav gun is a MP5 replica .22 its just fun to shoot and cheap enough to do plenty of it.
Subsonic shells make it sound like a BB gun.

Germans usually make good shite. I need to get a .22 because it costs a small fortune to shoot a 5.56/.223 Hell, just the range ammo for the 5.56 is about $.40 per round and $1.00 or more for good self-defense rounds (at least that was the price the last time I bought some ammo but I think it's gone up significantly if you can even find any).

I prefer to shoot cheap when I go shooting so if I'm just having fun its either the .22 or SKS(7.62).
Bout the cheapest you can get. Handgun shells cost wayyyyy 2 much to blow money shooting that crap.

I love shooting .22s as well and no doubt they are much cheaper to shoot.

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.
Maybe you should quit talking about people being sheep and maybe get an education.
I'm sure you also don't realize that there is a few hundred years of law created by the courts as well, all the way back into the late middle ages through case law. Only one state actually operates under civil code and their court system treats it much the same as the precedence system.
No matter what you read on those little pamphlets at the gun shows or what you listen to on your little TV shows the states do not have the right to tell the federal government to what to do. It's the reverse actually. You might also notice that strict constructionists have been losing for two and a quarter centuries.
States rights nutjobs have lost in the courts and on the battlefield. Hell, the MAJORITY of the country doesn't agree with you either. You're just so pissy about your own narrow viewpoint that you refuse to actually see any evidence, believe that someone could disagree with you or even consider that you just might be a complete fricktard instead of a reasonable human being.
I bid you good day.
I SAID GOOD DAY!

Debates like these always remind me of an old Jack Handy quote:
quote:
“If you're in a war, instead of throwing a hand grenade at the enemy, throw one of those small pumpkins. Maybe it'll make everyone think about how stupid war is, and while they are thinking, you can throw a real grenade at them.”
