I can't open the link proper. Who is the buyer/developer? Did they mention what kind of retail? A?B?C? I'm having a hard time grasping this concept working properly in such a small market after seeing such huge failures at it in large cities across the US. Anyway...

21st had a band playing on top of the upstairs bar last night, shite was pretty awesome. Of course as soon as I get there a cop shows up talking about noise complaints. I don't understand why you would choose to live downtown/Dickson and complain about noise on a Thur-Sat nights.
Such bs b/c they let bikers be as loud as they want anytime roaring down Dickson.

Pretty sure the Dickson theater is under contract, or it was at least. The little building across from underwood a is for sale, where the hair and yoga place is. $950k I believe

Good. I hope they bulldoze it and build a nice building in its place. Drag shows and rap shows are equally not my bag and that's all the frick DST is good for.
