They have always taken losing hard, but always in football where it rarely happens. They’re not used to losing multiple games in a season. Almost all of them will stop caring about basketball when they aren’t a top team.

I have lived long enough to see it happen a few times.
We were 7-5 against them in a stretch from '95 - '06.
Haven't beaten them since. Only 3 have even been close.
