I’m telling you guys a lot of the conservative playcalling is due to Pittman.

I agree. It was his decision to call TO and then kneel. We should be taking shots down field with KJ. Even if he throws an int it keeps the defense honest and I trust our defense to get a stop.

Pittman clearly had the reigns pulled in on briles and has said so.

He decided play or run and then briles .gets to figure out how to make yards out of it....

Pittman is not Nutt because we aren't as conservative as we would be with him calling plays. That alone tells me he's got better potential.

Mizzou has been bad against the run all year...Pittboss probably thought they could grind them down.

Once he realized they were going to completely sell out on the run...he dropped the reins and let Briles open it up and the offense eat.

And I think it's time to forgive Nutt and welcome him back to the fold. He still loves the Hogs and was excited for them today.

The only thing Nutt cared a bout was flirting with jobs and milking the system. Womanizing with a news anchor, blaming players for his dumb mistakes and antagonizing the fans.

Making comparisons to Pittman is stupid. They aren't the same individual at all.

He has a lot more potential because he has a much stronger work ethic and he doesn't make excuses. Nutt wanted to win enough games to save his job for the year and didn't embrace higher expectations. Thus he only tried when his seat began to get warm. Sam is the opposite.
