6-2 PG, Apparently dude visited Musselman 3 days ago and loved it. Heard he may have even alredy silent committed.

All I know is, if Mike were here, none of this would be taking place.

I don't care if he wins 12 games next year, this guy is putting blocks in place for a phenomenal team with great NBA type bodies and skillsets. No way we don't make at least a sweet 16 in the next 3 yrs.

We've waited forever to get coaches that "get" modern college sports... And Hunter has hired 3 of them in the past 2 yrs... Football, basketball, and gymnastics. He just gets a real men's track coach and the athletic programs across the board could be very high in 2 or 3 yrs (tamping a bit, I'm still not sold of Chad, but I like how he knows talent is the answer)

LITTLE ROCK -- 2020 Arkansas offer Kyree Walker (6-5 combo guard, Hillcrest Prep in Phoenix, ESPN national No. 13 / 5-star prospect) will take visits "soon" and Arkansas will "absolutely" get a visit, according to his Dad, Khari Walker.

"We are putting (Kyree's visit) list together now," Khari Walker said earlier Tuesday.

Walker is set to attend two prestigious basketball camps in June -- Pangos All American Camp (May 31-June 2) where at least 20 NBA scouts will be in attendance, and NBPA Top 100 Camp (June 11-16) during which college coach can evaluate for two days (June 13-14).

Arkansas head coach Eric Musselman, assistant coach Corey Williams, and staff coach Hays Myers were courtside for Walker's games during the Adidas Gauntlet live-period session played April 26-28, then on April 29 Williams traveled to Phoenix for an on-campus visit with Walker.

Walker is considering a re-classification to the 2019 class, and has recently said he'll likely wait till the end of the summer to decide.

* Jacksonville sophomore-transfer Janaud "JD" Notae (6-2 guard, Jacksonville) confirmed he is at Arkansas today and Wednesday for a visit.

Notae averaged 15.5 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.6 steals in 31.4 minutes while shooting 42.7% field goals (including 32.0% from 3) plus 73.0% free throws through 32 games in 2018-19.

A source said Notae had drawn interest from Nevada when Head Hog Eric Musselman was still at the helm of the Wolf Pack's program. Notae was named second-team All ASUN as a sophomore at Jacksonville, which finished 12-20 overall and competed against league member Stetson, where Arkansas assistant coach Corey Williams was head coach the previous six seasons.

Notae said he's visited North Carolina-Greensoboro and is also considering Buffalo in addition to the Hogs. As far as making a decision on a school, Notae said he has "no time frame."

Notae reportedly has also drawn interest from Oklahoma State, Seton Hall, Iowa State, Western Kentucky, Creighton, Colorado State, Bradley, Toledo, Middle Tennessee, UAB, and North Texas.

Notae will have two years to play two after a redshirt season in '19-20.
