My guess is that it’s Drink (small chance it’s Harsin) and we are giving them a chance to meet with their team first. Team meeting in the early afternoon and then it’s leaked or announced shortly thereafter.

But HY had his list ready like every AD.
More likely he's been told to sit at the kids table while the adults handle this. HY was probably confused by how things work after being allowed to handle basketball on his own just like every previous AD, now he's dealing with serious business.
