Yep, he gave up 50 points.

He gave himself little to no time in the pocket for the most part.

He made sure that the receivers had difficulty getting open.

I'm guessing that AA set up the return coverage and the pooch kick?

Quit being a whiny bitch for one day. Please.

Seriously, I mean.. Man, C'mon.

If this is the best we can do, lets all turn in our man cards now, stop playing football, turn in our uniforms and begin a crap bobsled team.

We could practice daily sliding down the beautiful hills of NW Arkansas on all the slippery crap that has been spewing from our AD and football program.

Gustav Malzahn cant, for the life of me ... be the best we can get.

Cubsfan sounds like me having to defend brandon.

BTW I know how we can light a fire under Austin and get him to play like we know he can.

We just have to do what we did with Brandon. We will first start with some grade A eggs beaten lightly, against his vehicle, and then light a fire in him, and his vehicle. It will give him a healthy delicious breakfast to help fuel him, and the fire lit inside him to finish this season off with a bang.

I'm afraid of next Saturday tbh. 11am game after a letdown against a good team, is not a good combo.

I said Saturday on twitter... I don't care who the coach is, I just want us to win. This isn't good enough.

I think Bert wants to win here. I think he loves this place, but we gotta see improvement.

Hate him but would take him in a heartbeat.

Chances are slim to none after the Nutt fiasco but crazier things have happened.

Not going to get anyone with less risk, that's for sure. He'd win 8+ every single season.

I just want a pass first coach. The only one we've ever had at Arkansas was the best coach we've had in 20 years. Give me someone who wants to throw the ball. For whatever reason god has blessed Arkansas recently with a slew of instate qbs. Lest use this to our advantage and start throwing the damn ball!

Disagree, here is why... He recruits leaps and bounds above us at Auburn and still hasn't produced other than 1 freak year with his style of a QB...

In the same division as well. What makes anyone think that the success will be sustained with less talent on the roster at Arkansas?

Stick a fork in my fanhood if we hire Gus, I'm out.

When he first came up and hardly anyone was running that style of offense I could see us getting to 8 wins plus a season easy if Gus was the coach.

The problem is that was a while back and now everyone either runs a version of it or sees it 8 times a season. They have caught on that it is basically a shotgun version of the veer but with fewer plays in the play book.

Against a team that cannot stop the run no matter what Gus is going to put up a ton of yards. See what he did to us last year and Missouri this year. Everyone else shuts it down.

Now sure, with the big hoss at QB Gus would have the ability to simply beat on teams with the QB draw. But do we want to run the risk that Kelley holds up through multiple SEC seasons running the ball 15-20 times a game?

Eh I mean its a fair point. I just don't like the prospects out there right now.

We're in a shitty position, unless we could land someone like Gundy or Patterson, I don't see anyone that isn't a huge risk that would actually come.

I think Guz could recruit here pretty close to the level he has at Auburn. Top 15 for sure if he hired the right staff which he has proven he can do.

I'd give Charlie Strong another shot here too if he has 2 good years at USF.

Perhaps.. I just don't see it. Gus's shimmering light has been dulled a bit the past few years. He was a hot commodity, not now.
Strong would not even consider Arkansas in the past because of some personal things. He wasn't treated well at all.

One guy who has some major funds is pushing for Butch Davis. Man, they just cant let go.

The desire is to have the person already hired, prior to letting CBB go... when that time comes. Yet, most likely not this season at this point.

I keep bringing this up. At the end of the year we may be competing against the following for a coach.

Kansas (not worried), Mizzou (not worried), Auburn, Tenner, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Florida?, TAMU, .... and others.
