i mean why even fire him for losing at all? Hell we can go 0-12 and you can still go to the game and see your friends rev, shake hands with the big wigs in the box, that one guy can go watch his son play in the band, ultimate hog can take pictures with the guys after the game. I mean at this point it’s nothing more than a social event and that’s all most of you care about anyway it seems like. Winning clearly isn’t a priority.

I’m not unraveling, Just spoke the truth. It doesn’t really matter to most of you. And that’s not a bad thing because in the grand scheme college football really doesn’t matter. Better to be like you than Harvey updyke. And I’m the same way in basketball and baseball so I get it, if we win awesome! If we lose, oh well better luck next year. I wish I didn’t care as much as I do because frankly it’s sad that a grown man cares so much about college football

Barring an absolute disaster this year or next (or Yurachek leaving for greener pastures), I suspect Sam will get to decide when it's time to leave. If I had to put money down, I say he retires in 2027.

We can’t afford anyone apparently if we have to pay out Sam’s contract.

You nailed it
Just more proof that we're not serious about football.

We have the number 3 strength of schedule this year, seems like this is the case every year.

strength of schedule is an excuse...

Mizzou:
Murray State
Buffalo
Boston College
Vandy
TAMU
Umass
Aub
OK
USC E
State
Ark
and Iowa... What a chit show. I mean, seriously. This is the schedule where they won 10 games. Compared to us, we had a murderers row...

and this season...???

UCA
Kansas
USC E
Louisiana
Umass
Alabama
Auburn
Vandy
TAMU
State
OK
Ark

Once again, compared to Arkansas.... LMAO, it is Relevant period.

Had that during Bielema. Had that during Morris. Had that under Nutt.

No excuses. We need an athletic director who doesn’t walk around with his pockets out talking about how poor we are.

What year since 1992 have we had an easy schedule? That will never be a valid excuse.

One of these things is not like the other.....

Dude, The current SEC would dogwalk Nutts Teams by a bunch.... Except maybe a year, or 2... but they would win less

actually the current sec is way weaker than it was 10 or 15 years ago. Petrinos 2010 probably wins the sec this year.

Bama, LSU, Texas, TAMU, Oklahoma, OM, Florida, Mizzou....

Dude, nahhh! Nutts teams overall wouldn't be bowl eligible other than a very, very few imho

out of those teams Oklahoma is the only one we don’t have a record to look at from nutt and Petrino. And based off the actual games against those schools in that time span I don’t see how you come to the conclusion that we would have a losing record year in and year out. You honestly think some 2005 Missouri was some juggernaut?

Mizzou 12 wins to our 4 wind...

I don't need hypotheticals. I see the results.
Alabama is 27 to 7 wins for Arkansas...

We only have more wins that USC E, Miss State, Ole Miss, and Vandy.

There are four tiers throughout the history of the SEC imho. And we are in tier three overall through history. Just above those 4 barely. And if you look closer, we are gaining ground in being in tier 4... going the wrong way bro.

But, take the current SEC coaches, and talent.. We are out talented by OM, USCE,

Get this... On 247 Rankings in recuriting we are... Next to last with only Miss State barely below us in average recruiting ratings. Boy howdy.

Yep, it is DONE!

What are you even talking about? I know we’ve sucked for the past 15 years. You said we’d have been beaten down under Nutt as well and I was reminding you that out of those teams, most of them we played during that time and had plenty of success. I know that those same teams but us down post motorcycle crash but that wasn’t the question.
