This is kind of oversimplifying it a bit, but in a nutshell we need to be the college version of the Ravens.

I'd say it's pretty hard for our TE's to make All-Pro in college.

Is the Henry kid not good? Didn’t he redshirt last year?

People want Henry to be his brother but he just isn't. That said, I have no complaints with Kern. If the ball is anywhere near him he'll catch it.

Same.
Kern isn’t going to be the separation machine that Hunter was, and he’s not going to stretch the field, but he is pretty good at sneaking out into the flats to pick up 5-7 yards for a first down and he has soft hands.
