Another was on a hail mary miracle heave, and again, that was with a staff he actually got to hire and a team he actually got to prepare in the camps. He didn't get the benefit of being the head coach against our OOC schedule this year nor did he hire this staff or recruit any of the defensive personnel. You know you aren't comparing similar situations but still keep on anyway.
My argument is based on Petroni won 5 games that year.
And we haven't stopped losing to bad teams since 2012.

Again. Your answer is we lost to bad teams, but won a few. Now we cannot beat them.
Why? Give me a reason why. He's not won a clutch game as an OC unless you count the time his handpicked QB was injured.
But look at his stats when he keeps losing is not a selling point. If I am your heart surgeon and I do everything great... right up till when you drop dead because it all fell apart am I a great heart surgeon?

I think each side of this debate are missing a key issue over why they are having this debate.
It's not about Petrino or Petrino as a person it is about the offensive style he plays.
Gus had the #3 offense in the country in yards per game and #17 in scoring and I would rather take up pegging than waste my time watching that read option at a high pace with tecmo bowl level passing routes bullshite every Saturday.
Even if he was winning every Saturday. I have not personal investment that seeks return via results, we all just want to be entertained and the Gus offense hasnt been entertaining or interesting to watch in the 20 years it's been ran and spread like herpes throughout CFB.
So find a guy who has depth in the thought of his offensive system, pair it with a non embarrassingly bad defense and let's roll.

Wait, did Jessica's dude really do this?
Yes and they’re still married.
It’s crazy, he was able to move on and so was Bobby’s wife but we have fans that still can’t.
Not saying that’s the case with all of the anti-Petrinos. It’s obvious which ones don’t want him due to hate and nothing to do with his football acumen.

Many people have attempted to many times. I’m not going to go through all of the legitimate reasons again because you are obviously too thick skulled to comprehend it. More than that, you’re blinded by hate.
What’s your schtick going to be if they do win tomorrow or ONE of the other two games remaining? Is that really going to change your tune?

That's not entirely true. The defense has actually looked better with Bobby in charge.
I'm not really sold on anybody yet. I just know I don't want Gus Malzahn and it makes me irrationally angry when I hear anybody advocate for that ahole.
