We’ll 100% get torched if we try to blitz State to death. You beat the air raid by flooding the field with more defenders than receivers. Now we don’t have the DL yet that Washington had but that’s exactly how they’ve consistently beat Leach at Wazzu and what LSU didn’t do this weekend.

Pirate didnt run the ball but like 10 times last week, so naturally we will only prepare for the pass and plan to use a dime package.

Now watch the Pirate go off cuff and run Kylin Hill 40 times and carve us like a Christmas turkey

I just hope we get some of our DBs back from quarantine this week so we’ll be able to rotate in fresh ones every now and then if we need to. Don’t think we really missed McClellion, Smith or Mason last week but can’t have tired DBs out there covering 60 passes.

I heard Devin Bush was out as well. That had to hurt our defensive depth

Clearly the DB room was one of those hit by COVID recently. We should have a lot of bodies back this week just in time for when the depth is needed most.

If we can run the ball...we win.

If we can't...we don't. Although the D won't be as tired because MSU will score quickly.
