Sources: The NCAA Division I Council decided today that fall sport student-athletes can compete in any amount of competitions this year and it will not count as a season of eligibility. This still needs to be approved by NCAA Board of Governors on Friday.

No, he will either get hurt or declare for the NFL last minute while we've already passed on other transfers/committments assuming he would come back.

Assuming we don’t Arkansas, yes we should get him for another year. Another exciting possibility is getting Dorian Gerald for a second year.

Franks has stated his goal is to do well enough to get drafted. So yes, he is eligible for another year but it’s doubtful he’ll use it.

It would better if he did because K.J Jefferson was so raw Last year and needs as much time to hone his skills.

Hopefully he gets better because as a project, he is a work in progress.

Depends on what kind of year he has, right? You know he loves the game so if he doesn't get a good enough draft grade it does appear that he will be eligible to come back for another run in '21. You have to love his passion for the game.
