Are you seriously trying to push that he's an accurate QB with 3 gifs in a game where we didn't score a TD until there were 3 minutes left and we'd given up 40 points?

2008- Veteran Casey Dick vs. a good Bama team (finished 12-2 and loss to Utah in bowl game) at home
20/39 190 yards 1 TD and 3 INTs
2017- Freshman Cole Kelley vs. eventual national champion Bama at their place:
23/42 for 200 yards 1 TD and 1 INT

Brandon Allen only went on to have a badass senior season and is still in the league. I guess his daddy is paying NFL coaches to keep him on the team.
I guess we'll hear that Kelley is somehow kin to a coach on the staff if he gets the job. Only the miraculous Casey Dick earned his job.

None of your rant changes the fact that I think Kelley is arse and we won't win seriously with him as the starter, which is why I said people need to chill on judging Chad by year 1 results. He has a lot going against him this year, specifically on offense.
Brandon improved because of Enos. Kelley had Enos from day 1 and you saw what we still got on the field from him. You're harming your own argument.

Kelley isn't Mallett, Wilson, Stoerner, or either Allen..... yet.
The job might end up being Noland's either way..... but I started this "rant" simply based on the idea that Casey Dick is better than Kelley. He isn't.
If Casey Dick was on our roster I'd put him solidly at 3rd or 4th string. I wouldn't know the order in front but Kelley, Hyatt, and possibly Noland would be ahead of him.
I might put Lindsey ahead of him as well. The only scholarship player that would be behind Casey would be Ty Storey. They both have the same arm strength but Ty's delivery is worse.
