We were one stupid play away from winning the national championship. I’m heartbroken and disgusted, but to pick nits on a team that was, arguably, the strongest in the nation is ridiculous. At this level, sometimes it hinges on one play.
Keeping your stupid schtick up at this point is a disservice to this team, Dale.

For some of you, there isn't ever any problems with this baseball program. That much is obvious.
For a team that lost every damn road series they played in this year something was a problem. That just isn't acceptable at Arkansas. Win a few of those and this team actually accomplishes something instead another year of not winning dick while some of you think that is just grand and the best little ole Arkansas could hope for. Sad.

So winning a road series would have led to them beating Oregon State?
I guess you are talking about small picture things like the coveted conference championship. That may be important to Mike Anderson lovers, because he isn’t nationally relevant. To a team making the elite 8 every three years, the final four twice in the last 6 years, and a championship game appearance, conference titles don’t mean shite.
