If you read above the img it pretty clearly states what happened and DVH didn’t choose, no coin flip occurred.

Also listed above it clearly states why Arkansas would’ve been home in if necessary game, because we would’ve been home team fewer times than Florida but even 3. a makes that more clear when facing someone the previous game.

The real question would be why DVH would lie to the media about a coin toss and choosing to be the visitors. The local news in NWA was reporting it as fact, just more fake news.

The local news and media was going off what a bogus twitter account @NCAABSB ran by a fan posing as an official account (but NOT official NCAA account) said as fact as did many of our fans. They have continuously lifted stuff from the real account.

Nowhere has DVH mentioned anything to do with a coin flip or picking anything.

It’s cut and dry in the rules but people run with whatever they are told in 2018.

I'm not saying it is, I'm passing along where the mis-information came from.

Its comical that you're post was downvoted and disputed in this thread for stating facts and citing the rule book just because we can't be critical of DVH in any way, shape, or form.

Similar to how some couldn't grasp that OSU and other higher seeds were rewarded for accomplishing more during the regular season by being rewarded with their seed which allowed them home team advantage when the actually neutral site games in this tournament started. Instead crys that its "not fair, something needs to be done", yeah like winning your conference or conference road series, that would have fixed the problem by earning a higher seed.
