Dabo gives me flashbacks to Nutt “leaving” here for Ole Miss. Obviously Dabo has had more success but we were happy to see Nutt go and Ole Miss thought we were crazy.

He did recruit them but I don't think anyone consideres him to be a QB guru like Petrino or Morris at UNT.

No of course not but you can’t be like “oh he only won because he recruited two top 5 star QBs” like yeah that’s his job.

That’s not a good comparison either. We’re talking about a guy who’s won 9 games every year since 2010, 4 NC games, 2 titles, 8 conference titles. Only guys with comparable resumes are Saban and Kirby in that time frame.

You mean Chad Morris QBs? He recruited both apparently. And Deshaun said he wouldn’t have came without Chad. So those are Chad Morris QBs. That’s another topic no one wants to hear, Chad sucks as a coach but he was an elite talent evaluator.

Not based on results, but their fan base seems indifferent/ ready to move on. And he and Nutt both have thin skin.
Not hating on the guy, I like him personally and we probably share the same opinions from a moral standpoint.
Just trying to think of a situation where a coach who’s reached the top reinvented himself. Most don’t.

Yeah. Possibly. I think our reporters are getting fed a line of bullshite, because Biddy seems to have no close what’s happening, and nobody else wants to report on it.
