I remember the fourth quarter against North Texas, two or three players were in pass protection and they stood like a statue. John Stephen Jones was sacked as soon as he snapped the ball.

I would say that was the ugliest game I've ever watched as a Razorback fan but there were so many contenders during Chad's time here.

The team quit in that game and it was mostly Bert players. The freshmen were the opposite. So it was true that a lot of players on the team hated Morris as social media reaction from the players after his firing was enough evidence.

Seems like a good reason to support the transfer portal, able to turn over teams quicker.

Probably would have been a good idea for Morris not to have alienated all of the older players as soon as he stepped foot on campus. That and actually, you know, be something other than a terrible football coach.

What he lacked was tact. Youre coming in to meet players that just had their coach fired (whom they loved), and you start putting the previous coach on blast saying how everything they have done is wrong? Especially Bert....say what you want but he was a players coach and his players loved and played hard for him. No better way to alienate the players than shite all over the previous coaching staff.

I wished we could wipe his name from the record book of ever being here. He was so fricking terrible as a coach and an arrogant dick face to boot. For frick sake, his wife and kid(s) didn’t even move here. They stayed in damn Texas. He travelled back and forth to Texas on his time off. His wife and kids rarely came here, if ever.
Truth be told, he probably never wanted to be here. He just wanted the money that his arse didn’t deserve. I hope he never even crosses the Arkansas state line again.

Pretty much everyone in division 1 did... Morris has enough shite out there to pile on him... This is not one of them. Good for the young man.

In my 50+ years of being a fan, Chaggie was the worst hire that the U of A has ever made. He left a mark on our program that will never be forgotten.

Cool, I didn’t say he was a good coach. I’m saying I’ve heard him on multiple podcasts him say, oh no I knew exactly what I was getting and Morris left us some dudes.
