I think all players currently drafted will go and most likely any drafted today as any juniors will lose their leverage by coming back.
As far as recruits, you have to feel good about them being Hogs since none have been drafted yet.

It also sounds like there could be something in the works for CCSU to return as a non-con opponent down the road as well.

Typically the case so no surprises if that happens. However, I think Kenley has a lot to potentially gain by coming back. He's made huge strides at the plate since last season and added some power. If he were able to continue that improvement into next year I could see him moving into the top 5 rounds or higher.

I agree, but that's a huge risk on his part, especially for a guy coming out nowhere and with a former Freshman AA in Coby Boulware waiting in the wings. He's gotta take the money though and go while he can.
