The fitness test will consist of a 1.5 mile run, sit-ups, and push-ups. They'll also measure your waistline.

Opposite end of the spectrum, and believe me, it sucks. I have to eat really well and exercise all the time, otherwise the pounds start to pack on.

I will always have an hourglass figure...fortunately Mr. Piggy loves it!

ETA: Cardio AND abs today! Yay for a day off work!

workout was a breeze today. I wasn't even tired. He noticed though, unfortunately. Said he's pushing me hard Wednesday.

felt good to knock it out today that easily, though.

quads, calves, abs, obliques were the main focus today.

April 16th. Thanks.

Yeah I was just fricking with a few people lol. I do high weight/low rep workouts to add mass. Trying to stay away from a lot of cardio right now to keep from burning a lot of calories. All of my workouts are 3 sets of near-max weight of 4-6 reps. Just trying to add size at this point. I'll worry about cardio when I start hitting the upper 130's.

Slept in this morning, hope to get a workout in this afternoon.

Feeling great. Finally about down to my pre-holiday weight! Five or so more pounds after that, and it'll be time to buy some new clothes!

frick.

all.

you.

skinny.

assholes.

I struggle mightily with my weight. Gotta work out like a beast and eat great to have any chance at losing weight.

started up the lose it app, it's great. I think it will make a big difference at the very least in keeping track of what I'm taking in. Love that you can scan a barcode and the nutrition profile pops up.

I don't know what is going on in here, I see stats so:

6'1 158lbs, I don't work out or watch what I eat, but I do think there should be a weight limit on Yoga pants...

at least with yoga pants they are looking like they are trying to get in shape......short shorts are an area where there should be laws passed though. I'm just not quite skinny enough to pull them off but I can't help myself from wearing them.

Speaking of...how would you fellas feel if you saw a girl in yoga pants, and she looked pretty good from behind, but then she turned around, and she was about 7-8 months pregnant.

Saw that at lunch last week, and immediately decided that was a look I would NEVER wear out in public.

There is only a certain body type that can pull them off, too skinny or too big, sorry ladies it just doesn't look good.

The first time I saw them, I thought, well this is awkward, kinda like wearing PJs in public, didn't realize it was a fad.

Can't do short shorts, being a dude, as a kid growing up did you ever hear the phrase "the barn door is open, horse is gonna get out?", I have the same problem if they are not long enough...

They have maternity yoga pants?! That's as bad as pregnant women wearing bikinis...just don't.

Technically, I think they were leggings, but still...same effect.

I can get how they'd be comfortable at home, but just don't wear that out in public! The rest of the outfit was really cute, if only she'd been wearing jeans, or a shirt that covered a bit more.

ETA: And I wear yoga pants...to work out. You won't see my arse out in public in them until I reach my goal weight. And maybe not even then!

Really overweight ladies wearing yoga pants is like really fat dudes wearing bike shorts.

edit: But hot girls wearing yoga pants is okay
