Did you switch over to one of your hybrids or 3 wood to try and keep it in the short stuff? I can hit my 3 wood about 270-280 off a tee and I'll switch to it if I am terrible off the tee with driver.

I wasn't hitting any of my woods very good. Very inconsistent. Had no confidence with them all weekend. I think I was just trying too hard and not playing my game.

Played Burns and Rebsamen. Rebsamen was in great shape...I was impressed.
I struck the ball really well but my short game (especially chipping) is all kinds of fricked. Will be working on that.

Pulled my clubs out of my Dad's garage yesterday. I've not played since I moved to Oklahoma in 2009. Have a driving range not far from my house, gonna try to get over there and release some stress on the range balls.

Played the Ridges at Village Creek in between Wynne and Forrest city.
AWESOME COURSE!!! If any of you get a chance to go and play it please do. It is flat out a bad arse course. Better and prettier than Tannenbaum imo....

I might go, but I won't stray far from the clubhouse area. It's gonna be really hot and that course is not easy on the legs.

I played a 9 hole skins game yesterday and damn near melted. Was wore out by hole 4. No wind at all. Felt like a Turkish Prison.

Really enjoying it so far. Could use some additional club details such as face angle but they are supposedly coming with time.
Also, I'm sick of hitting at the driving range 5 times a week in the Dallas heat so after I move into my next place I'm setting up a Protee golf simulator in one of the spare bedrooms. Pretty excited about that!

18 hole skins game today. Shot 88 with a skin and a greenie. Much better than 2 weeks ago.
