I think its happening with Norchad Omier. He will probably take on that Justin Smith type of role.

If we are being this aggressive early on than Muss certainly knows alot already about players leaving.

KK to Arkansas state seems to be heating up and makes sense for a few reasons.

We are being aggressive early because it's best to target (and get) who you want and not have to pick from what's left late.

Sure but being plus 3 on scholarships means he already knows plenty.

It can point to many directions.

Mainly that plenty is going on with the current roster that we don't know about yet.

Desi Sills in the portal again

Desi maybe it’s you and not every school you get mad at.

I doubt it. If JD is gone, we'll probably be adding a veteran guard at some point. Size seems to be the top priority.

If we take Omier, what does that mean for Aimaq? We out of it?

We're still going after Aimaq. Omier might mean the end for Kamani Johnson though. I could see them still going after a veteran pg as well if JD doesn't return.

I hope he crushes it wherever he goes. As long as it’s not an SEC school. I will be rooting for him

3. TREVON BRAZILE, SF: COMMITTED TO ARKANSAS; FROM MISSOURI (92)

quote:

Stats: 6.6 PPG, 5.1 RPG, 0.8 APG

quote:

Trevon Brazile broke some big portal news on Wednesday evening, announcing his commitment to Arkansas. Eric Musselman is the transfer whisperer and he got himself arguably the most naturally talented prospect in the portal. A 6-foot-9, long and athletic forward that is oozing with potential.

quote:

Trevon Brazile to Arkansas - Currently ranked No. 3 on our overall transfer portal rankings, the 6-foot-9 transfer out of Missouri just oozes potential. He covers a ton of ground on the defensive end, is just starting to fill out and holds a lot of promise as a big who can eventually spread the floor. He may still be another year away from really figuring things out but look for Brazile to make a big leap as a sophomore at Arkansas and it won’t be a surprise to see him emerge as a legitimate NBA prospect over the next few years. Given that Eric Musselman and his staff locked him up the same day they had him on campus, it is safe to say that they think a lot of him.

I still think Kamani, Vanover, and Jaxon will all be gone by the time its said and done.

Muss will go full Saban and if you can't crack a roster or contribute you can move on.

I'm going to have to get my head wrapped around being good at basketball again. I can't help but freak out a little over losing the 2020 #63 4 star player, and the 2021 #97 4 star player, along with Umude and the rest we knew we were going to lose.
