I would take Cyril as a solid bench option or Pringle start then come out.
Maybe he was done with UGA but still no excuse to score 0 points with 1 rebound in their NCAAT loss. If we allocate a big chunk of NIL to him we're stupid. His stats suck especially down the stretch when UGA needed him most.

He’s almost certainly coming here and he’s got all the tools and is an elite rim protector and lob catcher. He’s perfect for the Cal offense.

He's an okay rim protector in terms of blocking some shots but still gets lost a lot so fouls a lot, combine that with completely lost on offense and meh. Little better than Pringle should have same role. 15-20 min a game. I hope we don't use a lot of the budget on a guy that couldn't even score a point on Saint Louis in the tournament.
