We don’t have an NIL program worth a crap and our head coach is who knows.

Most of this is on HY for dragging his feet on NIL while other universities went all in 2 years ago.

Also Muss is doing no favors by keeping his mouth shut.

Fans get antsy in about a week when we don’t have much to show from the portal and have no clue if our coach will be here next year.

Nutthugger vs Darksider War 2 goes nuclear.

Sadiq White, one of the top power forwards in the 2025 class, has narrowed his list of schools down to seven. Moving forward, the 6-foot-8 junior out of Myers Park (NC) will consider Alabama, Arkansas, Georgetown, LSU, Syracuse, Tennessee, and Texas.

Ranked No. 25 in the On3 Industry Ranking, White has taken unofficial visits to Tennessee and Syracuse. The four-star recruit plans to start scheduling official visits in the near future.

White Scouting Report
“Sadiq White has a lot of physical tools. At 6-foot-7, he has long arms, broad shoulders, and an explosively athletic frame. Out in transition is where White is at his best, filling the lanes and racing toward the rim. When locked in, there is the upside to becoming an excellent defender. He can move his feet on the ball and get in the passing lanes off the ball. Offensively, White will have to develop his ball handling and ability to get by his man, especially going right. The jump shot is streaky right now, both with his release and balance point. Still young, with a lot of natural tools, the upside is apparent as he is on a high major trajectory.” – On3’s Jamie Shaw

What he’s looking for in a school
“I’ll want to win, that is first and foremost for me,” White said in a previous interview with On3. “I want to go somewhere that I will develop. I don’t want to just be thrown out there and be raw as a player, I want to go somewhere that is going to invest in me.

“I’ll want to play fast, get up and down the floor. So a system that gets out there and defends all over the floor and gets out and runs.”

The No. 1 player from North Carolina in the 2025 recruiting class, Sadiq White Jr., narrowed his list of potential schools down to seven on Monday and Arkansas was included. Alongside the Razorbacks was Alabama, Georgetown, LSU, Syracuse, Tennessee and Texas.

White, who plays at Myers Park High School in Charlotte (N.C.), is a consensus four-star recruit and currently the No. 25 rated prospect in the 2025 class according to 247Sports. He's considered the No. 1 player in the state of North Carolina by both 247Sports and the industry generated Composite Rankings.

The 6-8, 180-pound power forward saw a massive uptick in his recruitment over the winter as high major teams began to express interest. Arkansas was one of those teams and formally extended an offer to White back on Feb 15.

Following an impressive game against Paul VI Catholic, White caught up with 247Sports recruiting analyst Travis Branham to break down his recruiting process.

"Recruitment has been great," White told 247Sports. "Some new schools have entered but haven't offered yet. The Michigans, Arkansas talking to me every day and then the same guys are still reaching out. The Syracuses, it's a lot."

On Arkansas: "Just trying to build a connection. Coach [Ronnie] Brewer texts me every day, coach Eric Musselman just checking in."

Syracuse and Georgetown are two schools that White included in his final seven. This past winter he spoke briefly about those two schools in his interview with 247Sports.

Syracuse: "I like it. I like it a lot. Just good guys over there and it feels like home."

Georgetown: "I went over there to see them play. I could see myself there. Coach [Ed] Cooley is a good guy. I can relate to him a lot off the court. Just overall, he is a good guy."

White has yet to set up any official visit dates, but he did mention that spring would be the time when he began that process. Expect Arkansas to be one of the first stops for White once he begins that process.

The Razorbacks currently do not have any commitments for the 2025 class, but that shouldn't be any cause for concern. The two Arkansas signees from the 2024 recruiting class, Jalen Shelley and Isaiah Elohim, didn't commit to the Razorbacks until September and October respectively.

Josh is on campus for his OV today. This is a "priority" target. Visits ND and then Xavier this week as well.
