I am reaching out for a few reasons; firstly, I want to introduce myself as your personal contact here at the Athletic Department. If you need anything or simply have questions, I want to make sure you have someone that you can call.
With the athletic season right around the corner, I wanted to get in touch with you and learn a little more about your experiences with the Razorbacks.
When would be a good time Monday or Tuesday to give you a call to talk about Razorback Athletics?

They sent me two free tickets to the touchdown club and I’m not even a season ticket holder lol

I thought it might be because a couple ticket reps have left.
There has been a ton of turnover in the ticket office recently.
There is always a snot nosed intern/student answering phones as well. Don't even mess with the ticket office. Go straight to the RF and tell them my problem. Problem usually fixed within the hour.
