Another NBA draft comes and goes...

None of the six Arkansas seniors drafted in 60 picks.
No NCAA tournament win followed with another year of no drafted players.
Luckily Mike has Gafford to go lottery next year in a really, really poor draft.
Will be his second draft pick in 8 years. Portis in 2015 (1-22)
If we as fans bitch about recruiting in any sport it should be this one. One or two stars make a major impact with small rosters and 5 playing at a time and we hardly every have NBA prospects unless they are from within the state.
Mediocrity and a staff of nepotism.

It is complete shite that it is somehow acceptable from fans because “it’s Mike”.
Every other sport on campus (baseball, softball, golf, women’s basketball, soccer, track, gymnastics, volleyball) recruits better or will (football) than our men’s basketball team. Most programs with coaches well within his 8 years on campus. It doesn’t take this long to perform.

Much like Chad Morris, Mike Anderson doesn't give a shite about the in state recruits and is more comfortable signing out of state diamonds in the rough. The problem is that even if top recruits were coming here, we still wouldn't be very good. If we recruited at a Kentucky level, we still wouldn't be good. We would still play stupid defense with no development.

Mike has lived for 8 years off instate AAU team recruits but doesn’t get the elite ones. He does nothing noteworthy outside of it and can’t draw the valuable top 30-50 prospects to Fayetteville.

I suspect there is a lot of truth to this. Don't have any proof, just suspicion, that deals were made to avoid costly lawsuits.
