Either Ole Miss or Arkansas is about to get screwed it appears. I'm going to try and make points for and against us. Feel free to add your own.

Reasons I feel Arkansas is about to get screwed.

1. Our football program can't catch a break right now.
2. Dan Wolken's tweet.

Reasons that Ole Miss may be getting screwed.

1. If you look at everything coming out, it all uses the same language. It all seems to stem from Neal Mcreedy. I'm not saying he's wrong, but all reports so far seem to lead back to one spot with very basic info.

2. Several of our reporters have made more detailed claims than the one above, but haven't got the same attention for whatever reason. They've even talked about salaries and assistants. 2 of those assistants have been here before. Would Pittman and Shannon follow him to Oxford simply because he changed his mind?

3. The situation between Kiffin's brother and Ole Miss. From what I read it seems there could be some bad blood there. He may have been thrown under the bus after he went to DC for Lane at FAU. Could Lane possibly be returning the favor?

These are just a few random things I am pondering, and as an Arkansas fan I expect to get screwed, but tonight's events just don't seem to add up quite right in my opinion.

This right here reads more to me like our local media is making shite up.

Yeah, yeah, Irwin is "close with Pittman." He's frickin stumping for him because he isn't getting any legit info.

What are the odds that two of the assistants Kiffin wants to bring have recently been coaches here already??

One other thing bothering me is that all the posters with "sources" have been quiet so far. Makes me wonder if they have gone into hiding.

To be fair though, it's only been a couple hours. Maybe they will check back in with what they are hearing.

the two sources I use have went to a cave somewhere.

I contacted Russellville earlier today to see if he had the same result. Haven't seen Razorbroncs on here today either.

Damn!

I think this played out exactly how it looks on the outside. We had him locked up last week after missing out on our #1. Ole Miss unexpectedly opened up. They missed out on their #1 and then proceeded to beat us straight up for Kiffin when they had the last meeting and could see what we offered.

If we’re being honest, when it comes down to roster and recruiting, that’s the more attractive job right now. It’s just our shite luck that Ole Miss pissed the Egg Bow away thereby screwing us a week later.

I think we are screwed, but once again that isn't a very definite tweet.

Looking for one that gives more detail than the McCreedy info.

This is beyond fricking ridiculous. Ole fricking Miss. Everyone wants to talk about how the Aggies joining this conference has hurt us. But when I follow recruiting it seems like Ole Piss hurts us there more than any other team in this conference.

And now to add insult to injury they are going to get a coach we want over us??? What the frick is the allure to anything in that shite hole called Ole Piss. ? They are awful. Their uniforms are ugly. Who knows if they are bears rebels or wtf.

Ridiculous. If Lane just picked those fricktards over us I'm done with football.

Don't be surprised if this is just a power move for more money.

Thats another thing that has ruined college football for me. The non-stop power moves for more money. How much money do these guys really need? The players are almost over shadowed by the coaches now. Again ridiculous.

I’ve been saying this for years. The biggest thing that’s hurt us is the SEC TV money post expansion. We had money leverage over Ole Miss and State but the conference expansion money brought them up to the level where they could finally invest in the facilities and coaching staffs to compete at our level. They have significantly better recruiting grounds than us so that money chopped off our big advantage and essentially leveled the playing field against them.
