How does this show compare to the other hog shows

Its good as it comes from DJ and Thorne who both played for BP.
It does make me wonder. Who made the hire. As they mention, all of that stuff thats been built was because of Bobby. Is he going to walk in and say I built this and this is my house.
They did say first order of business is go flip Drake Lindsey as he is the closest thing to Ryan Mallet to come out of Arkansas in years.

I'm glad DJ saw what I did. A team lacking discipline that needed a coach that made them actually fear failure. We'll probably lose a chunk of players the next year or two that can't handle BP's smoke, but we'll come out of it with a tougher team that won't quit on the field like we saw this year.

Yep, it was the offense that mailed it in at the end of the season, hopefully he’ll stick a foot up their arse. That was inexcusable.

So 5 wins next season saves Sam's job and keeps BP as the OC?

We're only just beginning with all the portal news so I have no clue what to expect, but I'm certainly hoping this turns out to be a multi-year experiment. Sam's optional, but Bobby's return has injected more hope for the program into me than anything since the Texas win.
If we turn out to lose a bunch at first, at the very least it's with an offensive philosophy I can actually get behind. I hate being such a grounded offense in 2023.

You can 5 games with that schedule or 10.
Momentum is a big deal in sports.
Before the Petrino hiring, the momentum was going the opposite direction and that isn't good.
Now you got hope that maybe things can go in a positive direction instead of the negative.
Maybe this can cause a domino effect of better things happening in the future.

IF we see a plan come to fruition. Win a game we absolutely shouldn't based on coaching alone... and a true future with recruiting and nil... Sure.
If not, get rid of Pittman and keep Petrino?

At least we have a coach on the hill, again, that's not afraid to say his goal is to win a title.
"Awe shucks" just wanted to be bowl eligible.
