Hey Cal our defensive plan of leaving their shooters wide open and hoping they don’t find them isn’t working. Maybe time to rethink that.

Our players aren't hustling out to guard three on those post passes.
They've had two where the ball was kicked out and none of our guys ran to the corner to cover the open man.

It really was on second look.
He didn't shove him, he had his arms extended and touched the guy. The pass was out ahead of him enough that even if the defense was up on him it would have been a layup still.
But that play isn't why we're down six.
Our bigs inability to guard the post, and our slow defensive rotations when we double are the reason.
That and Tech is making an insane amount of threes. Hopefully they start missing those in the second half. It would help if we would hustle out and at least contest some of them.
