He’s like Connor, he doesn’t have a plus pitch so he has to hit his spots. If he’s up in the zone at all he’s going to get hit hard.

We’ve had good batting and hitting with iffy pitching and vise versa.

And our fielding has been very good.

Can we please have a season where it all comes together?

Very surprised Cali is starting again. I hope the light turns on for him, when Jones hasn't shown any reason to be benched.

Anyone know why vanardo left? He’s supposed to be a first rd pick next season and seems like he would have been given a fair chance to win the SS join this season.

On the other hand, unless he’s hurt, he’s not starting for ASU this season.

I bet we see Cali, McLaughlin and Jones play about equally for a while.

Heck even Holt had a great game yesterday. I don’t remember a year where we’ve had this many guys who could realistically play, even Neville and Coll would be good enough to start on a lot of our past teams

He’s just hacking right now. He’s got to get better plate discipline

Another year of worrying about the bullpen.

Back to back homers in two strike counts.

Yep.

This is 2021 all over again. Two good starters, one really good closer, and a bunch of empty calories in the bullpen.

We’re going to see Tygart called on for a lot of 6+ out saves.

I'll wait until the team batting average isn't .320 before I complain about the offense too much.
